These tables are the basis of the wall-manufacturing process. The door and window frames are assembled on them. Once the construction is finished, they are moved to a temporary area, where they will then be moved inside the wall for the element-fixing step (wall table).

The integrated inverter turns the wall over on the table, allowing flat insulation. The handling steps for vertical insulation are done automatically with the inverter.

This mobile cart is used with a wall production line. It serves as a platform on which components (plywood, wood, etc.) are placed. The cart moves over the table. This way, the operator can unload pieces of wood onto the walls without having to make unnecessary movements.

This automated knife cuts canvases to size and returns to its original position after cutting.

Our vertical conveyors are 9’ high, 12’ long, and have 4 free rollers. This component of a wall line is designed to hold the wall vertically with a slight inclination of 5 degrees towards the back. Once the wall is placed vertically, insulating wool is placed in the wall. When it is completely insulated, the workers install polythene and lower the wall horizontally. Then they take the wall with a lifting wall clam and place it on the loading trailer with the other walls ready for delivery to the installation site.

This table is designed for manufacturers of prefabricated walls that prefer vertical insulation. Developed on the principle of a lift table, this equipment has a large work surface of 40″ x 360″ (length of the wall table). The personnel responsible for insulating the walls can adjust the table height so they can be more comfortable when working. The table is equipped with an aluminium pivot safety guard with a mechanical barrier system, facilitating access to the tabletop.

This clamp with a variable opening from 4’ to 16’ facilitates the transport of walls inside the plant. Our clamps are equipped with a motor with brakes to prevent the sides from opening when tightening and a limit switch to prevent the arms from opening and the wall from falling to the floor, all in two separate assemblies to facilitate installation.

This trailer is specially designed to load prefabricated walls. The front trailer hitch is a rectangular tube in which forklift forks can be inserted to pull the fully loaded trailer out.

This conveyor has two functions designed to improve productivity and make the workforce’s task easier.

Function 1: Replace Wall-Loading Trailers

Instead of loading the walls on a trailer, taking the trailer outside, and entering an empty one—or rushing to empty the one that has just been taken out—the workers load the walls onto the conveyor, which are then mechanically redirected to the outside. Once the bundle is outside, the loader’s operators don’t have to rush to store it at the desired location. They can finish their prior tasks since inside, the conveyor is empty and ready to receive new walls. This way, production doesn’t stop.

Function 2: Pneumatic Lifting System Located inside the Conveyor

The action of lifting the walls allows the staff in charge of packing the bundle to pass the belts under the bundle, facilitating the fastening of the final products.
