WORK TABLE WITH SIDE OUTPUT

• Raising with a fluid power system integrated into the table for transferring roof trusses to the inner conveyor

INNER CONVEYOR:

On this conveyor are installed the fluid power systems that rise and join the table from the side. The worker has to only push the roof truss to easily place it on the conveyor.

WORK TABLE WITH IN-LINE OUTPUT

• Lift-up parking to raise the gantry roller, allowing the roof truss to pass under it and go outside
• Integrated work space for easy access to the center of the table
• A power fluid system to move roof trusses along the entire length of the table

T-slots are adjustable and used to lock the wood. They are adjusted with Virtek lasers, which project a laser representation of the roof truss to be manufactured. Once tangential to the laser line, the t-slot is clamped in place, and the production table is ready for the new series to be manufactured.

The pneumatic parking lifts the gantry roller to about 4″, allowing the roof truss to pass underneath. This parking is used only when the ejection from the truss is linear.

These conveyors are designed to move roof trusses from the work table to the finishing roller. A pop-up elevator system is integrated into the conveyors to facilitate the transfer of these trusses. The indoor conveyors consist of several rollers with a diameter of 5 9/16″, most of which are motorized, each one separate from the other.

The finishing roller allows a second pressing of the plate into the wood. It ensures that the pressing of the studded plates is of optimal quality. It is equipped with a simple adjustment mechanism. It guarantees that your product is of superior quality.

The finishing roller is made of two rolls with a 24″ × 1″ diameter before machining. It is protected by a physically detected electrical security system.

All our conveyors are custom-made, and most of them are motorized. We manufacture several types of roller conveyors. We can also integrate a pop-up elevator system to the conveyors for a side exit.

This limit switch is used to detect the roof truss so that it is centered on the stacker and all roof trusses are properly aligned when packaged.

The length of the sliding bar is as desired by the customer.

The plate remover is a tool used to remove defective truss plates in roof trusses. The steel clamping hooks (grade QT 400) offer better resistance.
